Shipping policy

Terms and Conditions

Shipping and handling:

We offer standard shipping at a flat rate of $9.95 within Australia, or FREE for orders $50 and over.

We aim to have your parcel packed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the date of ordering, though this may increase to 4 business days during peak periods. Most of our orders ship with Australia Post’s eParcel service so you’ll be able to track it once it leaves our store.  From the date of shipping, orders should arrive approximately 5 business days for metropolitan areas and 10 business days for regional areas.  In peak periods such as Christmas, delays are dependent on Australia Post.

Click and collect:

Want it sooner?  Why not collect your order from Guide Dogs Victoria!

If all your items are in-stock, you'll be able to choose Click and Collect and have our team prepare your order within 2 business days. There may be slight delays during peak periods. Click and Collect is free to use, with no minimum spend.  As soon as your order is ready, you will receive email notification.

Order confirmation and tracking:

You’ll receive an email confirming your order.

For shipped orders, you’ll receive a tracking notification email as soon as your parcel leaves our store.

For Click and Collect orders, you'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready to collect.

Please note once orders are placed, they cannot be changed or cancelled.

Store hours:

We invite you to come on in and browse our store at Guide Dogs Victoria! Our opening hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm.

My Order Is Late or Hasn’t Arrived:

If your order is late or has not arrived, the first step is to check your tracking information. If you can't find the tracking details, contact orders@guidedogsvictoria.com.au with your order number and shipping address, and we can send on your tracking information.  Remember to allow up to 5 business days from the date of shipping for metropolitan areas and up to 10 business days for regional areas.

If delivery is taking longer than expected, you can submit an enquiry with Australia Post.  Australia Post will investigate which may involve contacting Guide Dogs Victoria, the delivery centre, redistribution centres, the delivery driver and your local post office.  They will keep you up to date throughout the investigation. If the item is subsequently delivered, they will automatically close the case.
